Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of dry green Lentils
- 1/2 cup dry wild rice
- 2 cups beef or vegetable sstock
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- other seasonings as desired
- 8oz fresh mushrooms (optional)
Procedure
Dissolve tomato paste in stock in an Instant Pot, add all other
ingredients, pressure cook for 15 minutes. Allow at least 10
minutes of natural release before opening.
