Procedure

Melt and heat butter. When melted, add garlic, sautee until tender and golden brown (maybe 1 minute.) Add Carrot, celery, sautee until tender. Add stock, beans, all seasoning, simmer until flavors meld; serve hot with shredded cheese garnish.

Serves 1.

Note on beans: any large white bean should work; heirloom types like Royal Corona beans work especially well.
